Any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to Joyful Movement Therapy. Although Joyful Movement Therapy will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for Joyful Movement Therapy or others' losses as a result of such unauthorized use.

Wherever it is prohibited, membership is void. This website is only meant for users who are 13 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 13 is not permitted to register, use, or access the website, and is in violation of these Terms of Use. You represent and warrant that you are 13 or older and that you agree to adhere by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use by using the Joyful Movement Therapy Services or the website. Only with the supervision or cooperation of a parent or guardian may minors between the ages of 13 and 18 register on our website. 

TERM 

While you are a Member or use the Joyful Movement Therapy Services, these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect. By writing us  at joyfulmovemen1@gmail.com, you may cancel your membership at any time and for any reason. If you violate these Terms of Use, Joyful Movement Therapy may terminate your membership at any time and without warning. These Terms of Service will apply even if your membership is terminated. 

FEES 

You acknowledge that Joyful Movement Therapy charges fees for its services, and you understand that Joyful Movement Therapy reserves the right to adjust its rates at any time.You may not be entitled to a refund of any unused amount of your membership or other fees if Joyful Movement Therapy terminates your membership due to a breach of these Terms of Use.

PASSWORD 

You are solely responsible for keeping your password private and secure. You promise not to use another member's account, username, or password at any time, or to give out your password to anyone else. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password, you agree to alert Joyful Movement Therapy immediately. You are solely responsible for any and all activities conducted via your account.
